complexity is the abstract concept complexity emerges from the conection of elements and and conections
Emprical it is the network emerging form the conection of human, non-human and hybrid actors.
Applying this concpet to a company, teh human actors are the employes, non human actors are for instance the buildings, the chairs and tables and so on. Hybird actors are for insatnce computer programms. The se actors appear at first glance like non-human actors, but the power of the programmers works through the code. For instance the programmers have limted the usage of word processors to one purpose, to write texts. Instead of selling you another program, such as a graphic program, they could have desided* to implement such in feature in the word processor.
